Hinoma
As far as I know, according to some methods, the hinoma is the act of marriage, and therefore they are strict and place the hinoma on the bride. But according to the Kabbalah, this is done before the consecration, and how is it possible to perform the act of marriage before the consecration? (And perhaps the question is also asked about the chuppah itself, since apparently the expectation was that the hinoma, chuppah, and cheder would be performed separately after the consecration).

I didn't understand the question. During the Talmud, going out in a veil was not a marriage but a form of engagement. At least where it was customary for a bride to go out in a veil, it was part of the engagement.
