Imposing a comprehensive blockade on Gaza
Hello Rabbi,
Do you think it is permissible to impose a comprehensive blockade on Gaza that would prevent the supply of food, water, and other necessary materials with the intention of weakening the fighting forces, knowing that the civilian population will also be harmed by this?

In my opinion, it certainly is, but it's not practical. The world won't let it, and the entire Israeli public won't agree to it. I'm also not sure it will work. Hamas doesn't really care if civilians die. On the contrary, a few more martyrs only help them.
