Negative Bezant

A popular theory in relevant circles says that psycho-physical beings tend to interact through vocal mediums and sometimes do not even refrain from using anything that is not an external tool. But it is written, "And man became a living soul, a spirit without speech," and according to this, animals also speak. Isn't there an issue here that is inconsistent with the opposite assumption of the Torah's inhumanity?
