Is it possible to find in Halacha permission for men to go with other women (according to Halacha, of course, and with the consent of his wife)?
In my opinion, this is considered adopting modern values. What do you think?

Entertaining the masses was a value in the advanced Roman Empire, by pitting two people (e.g. prisoners of war) against each other.

Your intention is not to adopt an open relationship, because there is no such value anywhere. Even for those who advocate it, it is a permission and not a value. There is a value of monogamous relationships, and you propose to give it up. Morally and socially, I have no problem with that, as long as it is appropriate for the society in which we live. In my opinion, a relationship is not a value but a means (to a healthy society). And if we see in the long run that society is not harmed by families with a different structure, I do not see them as wrong. Time will tell. The halakhic discussion is a different matter. Here we must discuss the prohibition and the permission, and having a relationship with another woman when you are married is no more halakhically forbidden than having a relationship with a single woman. The problem, even if it exists, is moral and not halakhic. I didn't understand this stupid/idiotic question. And am I supposed to accept every value that is accepted around me? Just because I am a modern religious person doesn't mean that I accept everything that modernity includes, especially values that many secular moderns don't accept (like what is now called "progress"). When I talk about modern religiosity, I'm talking about opening up the possibility of being committed to other values, and not about uncontrolled adoption of everything that happens outside. I'm in favor of not rejecting values just because they are drawn from outside or have no source in our tradition and sources.
