Zeno's Arrow Paradox

שו"תZeno's Arrow Paradox
שאל לפני שנה 1

I just heard the second lesson in Platonism and I didn't quite understand the rabbi's explanation. If speed is not defined by motion and can also be speed for a still body that is not moving, then what exactly is the meaning of that speed, in what aspect does it exist? I agree that there could be a being who looks at the world as a view of speeds and not as the movements of objects, the opposite of us, but also such a being who looks at a point in time and not at a segment, would he know that a body has speed at a point, even though it is not moving?
Thank you very much for the lessons that the rabbi uploads to YouTube.
