Hello Rabbi, an idea occurred to me that I would be happy to hear your professional opinion on. The idea is that statistics can almost certainly prove that there is causality. You test a natural and known thing, such as a stain appearing every time you pour water on the ground. After doing the experiment a few times, it proves that there is probably a connection between the things, even though there may be a small percentage that it happened by itself. Then the principle of generalization to other material things. What do you think?

This does not prove causation, but correlation. But that is trivial. Obviously, this is one of the common uses of statistics, and that is not what the appeals were about.
