Regarding article 476 Women for Testimony
Why assume that the Sages disqualified a woman from a position of power lacking the value of equality? After all, there is no justification for this in relation to telling the truth. Even if she is not equal to a man. For some reason, the Sages saw her as unfit to convey information. I don't know on what basis or why. But the value of equality seems unrelated to the issue of testimony.

I don't remember what I wrote there anymore, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't talking about the value of equality as a basis for disqualifying women. At most, because the reason for disqualifying women (or reliability as you assume, or the reason for maintaining modesty, etc.) does not stand up to the value of equality, there may be room to change the halakha.
