I don't remember saying anything like that. In several lessons and articles in the past, I have discussed the contradiction raised by the bearers of the tools there between the law of the thief and the law of the thief, and its broader implications. This is parallel to the difference between a persecutor's law and the rule that a person does not save himself with the life (or property) of his neighbor.
