Hello.
Do you find any content in the statement " Holy is He, blessed is He, who will look into the Torah and create a soul"? The source is in the Zohar and it is easy to dismiss the question, but I would still be happy to hear your opinion.

not. This is a general statement about the virtue of the Torah and perhaps about some similarity between the structure of the world/man and the Torah. I don't see what can be deduced from this. Certainly not what is usually deduced from it.
