I have no idea, and it also really doesn’t seem important to me. Besides, am I the leading Torah authority whose answer would obligate anyone? What is important, though, is what criteria you use to assess greatness in Torah. In my view, common sense and a connection to reality—and preferably also a general education, though that isn’t indispensable—are no less important than knowledge and intellectual brilliance.
