Question

Someone who closed his restaurant on the sixth of Av because he is mourning the destruction of the Third Temple—does he then have to close again on the Ninth of Av for the destruction of the Second Temple?
His claim is that he is mourning what is happening now, and maybe it can still be saved, and there is no point in mourning over then when now too, through baseless hatred, they are causing destruction again.
