Attitude to radiation
The question begins with two:
A] What is the Rabbi's opinion about cell phone radiation? Is there any truth to it?
I read an article by Nadav Shnerb that makes fun of the whole story. And on the other hand, I saw that he was being attacked here again.

B] If there is any truth to this. Does the Torah have any reference to this? From which, "And you shall keep it"?

I haven't checked the things, but on the surface the arguments that it's dangerous seem dubious to me (seems like Green hysteria). But I haven't checked in depth, so the things are impressions and not substantiated.
The question is factual, is it dangerous or not, and to what extent. The Torah has nothing to say about scientific-factual questions. If it is dangerous, then of course it is worth being careful, and even for that you don't really need the Torah.
