Judge of the whole land

How does the Rabbi understand Abraham's question, "Shall the judge of all the earth not do justice?" Is morality binding without the Kabbalah? And if not, if morality is something that is binding only following the will of God, and without it, the moral obligation has no meaning, how can one "question" God about His lack of submission to morality?
