A cup painted on Shabbat
Hello Rabbi,
I have a special glass at home that changes color when you put frozen water in it due to some chemical reaction. Is it permissible to use it on Shabbat or is there a prohibition against dyeing it?

Does the glass itself change color? The coloring is not coloring according to the Torah, since you did not apply color to the glass, but rather the chemistry changed its color (like litmus paper). Beyond that, you do not put the water in to color, and therefore this does not mean in the Risha clause (without caring). Beyond that, the forbidden result (coloring) is obtained here in the Grammar. Therefore, in my opinion, it is permissible.
