An example of your reference to Misty – the Kiddush dog

With great sorrow and grief, the entire House of Israel heard today of the passing of the "Kiddush Dog."

Assuming that the story is not fabricated, but that you yourself came and actually saw the dog doing this every Sabbath, what is your explanation and interpretation of this case?
Is there any proof of anything here? Is the explanation of the soul of a deceased person being corrected the only/most reasonable explanation?
