I am writing this question following my reading of the rabbi's book "God Plays Dice."
The rabbi says that he accepts the theory of evolution as correct, which is why in the fourth chapter the rabbi mentions quite a few times that evolution cannot be refuted, therefore it is not scientific, which contradicts what I have examined and seen that evolution can indeed be refuted.
