People's money
I went on a pilgrimage and saw huge Sukkots that, according to what it says there and what he told me, were sold to government ministries such as the Negev and Galilee Development and Social Resilience, Culture, or perhaps also Jerusalem and Heritage. Inside, there was a lot of staff serving free cookies, coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and fine wine, and loud music. Huge signs and it seemed that the money was pouring in in huge abundance. We are talking about tens of thousands celebrating twice as much as on all weekdays, huge sums of taxpayer money. My heart was particularly torn about the distribution of the enormous abundance (waste?) when I remember that they cut protection for the north, cut for the elderly, cut in areas of welfare and health that are apparently more needed, and wine and cakes galore for the celebrants. It seems to me either unlikely or maybe even corruption. (Someone there whispered to me that there were many pockets that swelled from all the hustle and bustle there, but I don't know about it for sure, and that's not the main point of my argument.) Am I right?
