Rambam and Maharal on the responsibility of individuals

I have now read in the second book of the trilogy your words about the disagreement between the Rambam and the Maharal about the responsibility of individuals towards the government (pp. 332-333), and the connection to the biography of Stalin and the right and the left. Really, really beautiful. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you.
I wanted to ask, have you written about this at length anywhere? Is there an extended post or article about it? I would be happy for an answer.
