The quality of education in different places.

I don't know if you're the right person for this. But I'll try!
I wanted to ask about a place to study.
Last Friday I was at Bar Ilan, and the place seemed really, really nice to me 🙂. But due to considerations of distance (and unlike other places also intimacy) I had to give up, but I know that in the future I will return when the circumstances are nicer in terms of distance. When I spoke to electrical engineering lecturers there, they told me that the studies are relatively uniform throughout the country. My option is a college or wait a year. For some reason, perhaps unjustly, I really have a reluctance to college due to its (perhaps) lower quality than a university. I asked you because you studied electrical engineering in Tel Aviv, so maybe you have an idea if the difference is really that significant if the syllabus is the same everywhere.
