Hello, Rabbi.
I have an apartment that I pay a mortgage on. The rent money I receive from the apartment goes towards paying the mortgage. Is there any point in paying tithes from the money I receive for rent?

I think so. The mortgage money is a payment on the apartment. You're essentially buying part of it with each payment. So the rental income is real income.
