A toaster that has been through Passover and has leaven stuck to it
To our dear Rabbi Michael, peace be upon you,
I have a toaster that I accidentally didn't sell to a non-Jew on Passover, and it has had leaven stuck to it all year long, because I always clean it with a rag when I take out the toast. Can I use it? Shouldn't there be a slight residue of leaven stuck to it?
Thank you very much for all the answers!

If you clean it so that there is no chametz left in the eye, it is permissible.
See for example here: http://din.org.il/2019/04/28/%D7%AA%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%A8-%D7%9E%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%9B%D7%9C%D7%9A-%D7%91%D7%97%D7%9E%D7%A5-%D7%A9%D7%9C%D7%90-%D7%A0%D7%9E%D7%9B%D7%A8-%D7%9C%D7%92%D7%95%D7%99/
