Academic critical thinking

Hello Rabbi,
I studied the 'Critical Thinking' course with you, after studying the 'Introduction to Logic' course at the Open University.
 
I wanted to ask if you know of an academic track that deals with these issues? I assume that a philosophy degree includes these matters, but also includes other matters such as epistemology, ethics, etc. that are less interesting to me.
I would like to make progress only on the topics I listed. Do you know of such a path?
