Is someone who belongs to Gur Hasidism, for example (assuming they want to stay for all sorts of reasons)
From a halachic perspective, is he obligated to all the regulations there?
Or you can do a vow dissolution.
Or are there things that you didn't even ask if there was a charge for?

It seems to me that halakhically he is obligated not to listen to them. But someone who wants to belong there is not considered a wise person and is therefore exempt from the commandments.
