1. Not honest
2. Does not know how to think and does not know how to study Torah, even though he has some kind of ordination.

Candidate 1 does not recognize his/her deficiency.
Candidate 2 does not acknowledge the shortcomings he has, speaks with great confidence and is perceived as lacking in knowledge, superficiality, and lack of understanding.
