Escape from Ukraine
Is it morally correct (perhaps halachically) for a Ukrainian Jew who may even be an assimilated person and has almost no affiliation with the Jewish people to flee Ukraine and leave the work to others? Or is it correct to help him get out of Ukraine (spending millions on it)?
