How can I prove that there is only one God and not two or four, etc.
By the way, can God create another God like Him? If not, He is not omnipotent (not that this detracts from His being God, but He is not omnipotent). And if so, then He is not omnipotent now either.

You (or at least I) can't. But why assume there's more than one? It's Occam's razor.
As for your second question, it is similar to the question of the stone he cannot lift. See column 302 and more.
