What do you think about different levels of kashrut for meat, if I eat meat at the level of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel?
Only, am I considered to be committing an offense or is it just a matter of the chances of finding a defect the lower the level
2) You grow a beard not for reasons of halakhic obligation, right? Rather, it is a matter of personal taste.

The differences between the kashruts, to the best of my knowledge, are not in halakhic questions but in the question of how many tests are performed. Therefore, the discussion is only about the chance of failing the prohibition. There is no offense in relying on the kashrut of anyone, except for the chance of failing.
It's a matter of custom that I've gotten used to.
