Old exemption from commandments
Should we wake someone who has fallen asleep in the synagogue or a friend who is sleeping and is about to pass the end of the Shacharit time, or should we say: "A sleeper is exempt from the mitzvot?"

There is an obligation to wake him. It is not necessary to wake him up. In the offenses of the one who runs away, he is not prosecuted for them, but in the mitzvot, the sukkah does not exist. I also do not accept the notion that when there is no place to sleep in a sukkah, someone who is already sleeping there should be evacuated and sleep in his place, and so on.
