Standing when the siren sounds
In the Rabbi's opinion, is there a problem with this 'in their laws'?
I saw a discussion about this here – https://forum.otzar.org/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=4896

No. Wearing pants is not a gentile constitution either. It is a custom of states, and since we have a state, it has a place for it. The reason they didn't do it in the past is because there was no state (and there was no horn). Is appointing a prime minister a gentile constitution? They never did that either. These are nonsense.
