The mysteries of divinity
From what I understand, you claim that God is hidden in our day. My question is, do you think He was ever visible? Say, in the time of the patriarchs or at Mount Sinai? Did He reveal Himself to the prophets? When exactly did He disappear? A hundred years ago or a thousand years ago?
If so, then according to your argument, the course of events is:
13 billion years ago – God creates the world in the Big Bang, and establishes its laws, including evolution.
About 100,000 years ago – Homo sapiens develops as the dominant species on Earth
About three thousand years ago – God revealed himself to Abraham – since then he has been revealed to humanity…until…
A hundred/thousand years ago, God disappeared and hid from the world…
And by extension, my questions then are:
Why did it appear for a certain period of time and then disappear?
If it is indeed gone, what does it mean today?
If He was never revealed, what is the meaning of the revelation at Mount Sinai?
In gratitude

- I have no idea (like many other things he does). I'm offering a speculative suggestion that maybe we've grown up and that's why he stopped "giving us a hand," like a child growing up and his parents letting him fend for himself.
- Its meaning is not related to his appearance in the world. I do not perform the commandments to receive any treatment from him or for him to act in any way. On the contrary, the purpose of the commandments is that we act here in his place.
- I didn't understand the question. He probably appeared in the past (so says the Bible and our tradition). But even if not – I didn't understand what the problem was with a one-time appearance to tell us what he wants from us.
