Traditional
Happy holidays
I often see the rabbi treat the traditionalist as worse than the atheist who at least does what he thinks is right.
Contrary to the simple feeling of all Jews
I would like to explain why we Jews feel closer to the traditional Jew and this is for two reasons: A. Probably the reason the traditionalist does only a few mitzvot is because in his opinion that is all he is obligated to do. The traditionalist's understanding of the Torah is very poor.
And this is the main thing: a person cannot know if his friend is an infidel because it is his opinion or because of his inclination. And even if it is because of his inclination, a person's choice is very limited. Most things are created to force him. Therefore, the attitude towards the other is always as if he were raped. In any case, the traditionalist is closer to me than the religious one, because in practice he observes more commandments. But I will not go into discussing him personally, because usually how a person was raised is how he behaves. Most people also do not observe what they think is right to do, and in any case, the discussion is not on the level of evaluating a person, because it is impossible to evaluate a person without knowing his inclination.
