What does the rabbi think about Rabbi Uziel's move? Incidentally, Rabbi Herzog agreed with his opinion, I don't know if it's for everything.

I was moving quickly (the Israeli Defense Forces mentioned this in response to the last column). I didn't see that he wrote a permit for contemporary women because of the changing situation. He also concludes by saying that in Kiddushin, it is not permitted, and the explanation is extremely dubious. I assume that he himself doesn't really believe in it, and wrote so because he fears change on such a serious issue.
