Copyright in the context of artificial intelligence training
Hello Rabbi,
When creating an artificial intelligence model, it is necessary to train it on many examples. For example, an artificial intelligence model that creates songs needs to receive many examples of songs in order to create songs itself. Do the owners of the songs have the right to sue the creators of the model for violating their copyright during training? That is, the model knows how to create songs thanks to the songs they wrote. Or maybe that's how everyone creates, taking an example from others and adding their own twist.

It's hard to give a definitive answer here. In my opinion, there is no concrete use of the poem here, but rather as part of a more general experience. It's like a poet who has read many poems in his life must have been influenced by them. So now any poet can sue him for copyright, since his ability to be a poet was built with his help.
