I would love to start studying logic. Do you have a recommended book to start studying the field from?

I am not up to date with the existing literature.
There's Coffey's Introduction to Logic. A fairly easy book with exercises that focuses more on logical formalism and less on philosophy. There's Hugo Bergman's Introduction to the Theory of Logic, a much more difficult book, and more philosophical.
