As far as I know, it was published there without permission. I’m checking with my co-author.
The articles on the roots that appear there are supposed to be published soon in a book (after substantial editing, which is now nearing completion).

And in general, all the Middah Tovah articles appeared (except for the articles on the roots) as part of books that can be purchased from Bnei Moshe (see the site’s main page) or in Kfar Hasidim.

So actually… with permission or without permission?
