Honorable Rabbi,

I was in Netanya recently, and I was at the synagogue of Rabbi Amihud Levin, and I heard him speaking with people about the Rabbi
(in very positive terms), saying that the Rabbi studied in the kollel he has in Netanya. I wanted to know whether that is true, and what the Rabbi knows about the above-mentioned rabbi, who gives the impression of being a Torah scholar and also a person of very broad general knowledge and intelligence.
