In my opinion, no. Many halakhic decisors will tell you that there is, but in practice the custom is not to object to them. Rabbi Avraham Yosef once said that a judge and a lawyer should not be counted for a minyan, and that is ostensibly the conclusion called for by the position of many authorities.
