Question

Hello, I’ve read several of your analyses regarding forms of government and democracy, and I enjoyed them very much. Lately I’ve been trying to study these issues and formulate a position on them, and I wanted to ask whether there are any in-depth books you could recommend (I’ve already read The Open Society and Its Enemies as well as The Federalist). I’d prefer books that analyze the philosophy of government more than its practical implementation (though not necessarily). In particular, I’d be happy if there is a book that lays out the fundamental problems in an organized way and discusses the various attempts to deal with them and the difficulties they involve (for example, in this context I very much enjoyed the book Truth and Unstability, which presents the basic problems of the topic and discusses the different proposals and their flaws in an analytical and in-depth way).
