I’ve already seen the film. They didn’t smear anything. They presented the reality in all its nakedness, and also brought positive angles.

I didn’t notice any distortion at all. And there were lots of alumni in the audience from many different graduating classes. No such claims were raised. I read on WhatsApp and online all kinds of bitter people engaging in baseless idealization. That’s nonsense.
In general, does the Rabbi support the Midrashiya educational approach, at least in its golden age?
I’m not familiar with any “golden age.” I don’t accept that division into periods. In my view, all the aspects seen in the film were always there, at least in my time, except for the intensity of the vandalism.
To answer that general question, one would have to define the Midrashiya educational approach and its components. That’s a matter for an article.
Is what they brought there completely accurate? Because I saw some people saying they distorted things.
