A question that’s a bit too general, but I’d still be glad to hear how the Rabbi sees things.
Does the Rabbi see a connection between the current horror and the state the people were in over the last year? (the division, the incitement, etc.)
It’s clear to me that the Rabbi does not see a mystical connection, or divine intervention, but rather more in the sense that it may have given motivation to our enemies—or is it just coincidental?

It seems to me that by now it is known that the preparations had been going on for over a year. Therefore, it appears that there is no real connection.
