Is it permitted to “pull one over” on the car insurance company in a case of damage amounting to tens of thousands of shekels, when a son was driving his father’s car and got into an accident? Can one say that they are considered like the same person, since they are father and son and use the car together? The question is especially relevant because the damage was apparently just a light scrape, but it wasn’t photographed at the time, so it’s hard to prove that, and it’s also hard to believe the car owner that the damage was really that serious.
