Rabbi Michael, 1. How do we know that the Reformers are not the true followers of the Sages?
2. And even if we say they are not, who decided that Rabbis x, y, z, etc. are the rabbis who truly continued the halachic tradition?

By the way, you are looking for the true successor of the Sages. But who told you that the Sages are the true successors of the Torah handed down by Moses?
