Hello Rabbi,
I wanted to ask a question that is a bit complicated given that I have a lot of knowledge that is missing about the details of the case, and therefore, precisely because of this, I think it is appropriate to ask.
We have a kind of housekeeper at home once a week who also cooks sometimes, and she was originally a Gentile but converted and as a result the whole family went to the Datliam school. The father is originally Jewish and he did indeed become religious following the conversion and some of his children are indeed religious as well. As for the little children, I don't know enough.
The thing is, from what we hear, she's pretty much stopped being religious, I don't know if she desecrates Shabbat in a persian way, but let's say she didn't fast on the holy days that passed us by. Compared to the first few years (let's say 4 years if not more) when she still kept more commandments, it always didn't seem like a lot, but at the very least like a traditionalist plus or weak religious.
If so, is it worth worrying about Akum cooking?
Of course, the consequences of this are quite serious… and for the other children she will have. And I'm not sure if it's worth finding out more details…
Theoretically, perhaps it is worth relying here on the voice of the Rema in times of need regarding the fact that there are always needles in the fire at home.

If she converted legally, she is a kosher Jew. The fact that she decides to abandon her commitment to the commandments does not invalidate the conversion but rather makes her a criminal. According to the description you gave here, there is no reason to be concerned. She is completely Jewish.
