mdabraham: Eating Without a Blessing Due to Lack of Cleanliness
In the thread about R.G., the following was written,
mdabraham:
I did hear this with regard to the blessing recited before eating. Sh.R.G.N. ate in the hospital without a blessing because he was not clean. Has anyone heard of this?
In my humble opinion, there is evidence against such a practice.

I have not heard this report, but it can be discussed. Why do you write that it is not correct to do so? What, then, is a person who is not clean and is obligated to eat supposed to do? I do not understand.
He who guards his mouth and his tongue
guards his soul from troubles (Proverbs 21:23)
