How does the Rabbi understand the idea of the holiday of Shemini Atzeret, which seemingly contains no particular content, unlike the Festival of Ingathering and the Harvest Festival and so on? And where did the idea of Simchat Torah on this day come from, since nowhere is any connection mentioned between this day and the Torah?
