There isn’t a centralized list, because it’s not all that complicated.
There is a class every week in Petah Tikva on Thursdays, 20:45–22:00, at Mishkan Yisrael Synagogue, 7 Glitzenstein.
Once every two weeks on Friday from 7:30–8:30 (after Shacharit at 7:00) at Ohel Ari Synagogue, Ra’anana.
Other than that, only at Bar-Ilan.
