Do you find any point in writing at the top of the page “With God’s help” / “To God” and so on? A halakhic reason or an idea-based reason? I’d be happy to hear more detail.

If it is meant as a request for help from Him, not really. In my view, the Holy One, blessed be He, is almost not involved in the world at present, if at all. Certainly not in banal contexts like writing something.
Perhaps one could see it as a kind of thanks to the Holy One, blessed be He, for the world He created that enables me to act, and in particular to write.
In any case, this is a common custom, and so I write that way too.
