Sorry for asking again regarding anisakis worms (worms in fish). It is very important to me to hear the Rabbi’s opinion, even if only on the principled issue of the scientific approach to the statements of the Sages—that is, an apparent contradiction between the Sages and science…

As I said, I am not familiar with the topic. But regarding the basic question, I do not see what could trouble you. It is clear that the Sages knew only the science of their own time, and if there is a contradiction between their statements and modern science, I assume that our knowledge is more reliable. This applies both to rabbinic laws and to Torah-level laws that were generated through the interpretation/derivation of the Sages (such as worms that are generated from decay or inside the fruit, etc.).
