These are the missing years during the period of the Great Assembly. We do not have much information about this period. It overlaps with the period of Persian rule. Even regarding the dynasty of Persian kings from that period, the Sages have errors.

“Seder Olam Rabbah” — the Jewish timeline, as opposed to the scientific timeline (the one actually used in practice). There is a gap of nearly 170 years between them. If the gentiles are right, that means we are very close to the year 6,000.
