Question

Hello Rabbi,
Is there a real possibility of giving our lives meaning in this world, without the transcendental idea?
True, much has been written about this, or at least attempts have been made to give our lives sense and meaning, mainly from the study hall of existentialist philosophy, but it seems that without recourse to a “world beyond,” no real and convincing answer has been given to this.
Or in other words: is there a real, convincing answer to the question, why not just commit suicide?
